I AM Not Alone

For much of my life, achievement was my compass. Titles, milestones, financial wins—these were the markers I used to measure whether I was on the right path. And for a long time, they served me well. But as I stand at the threshold of 50, I’ve realized something unexpected: success, no matter how brightly it shines, can still leave shadows.

The truth is, many leaders arrive at this stage and feel the same pull—an inner stirring that whispers, “There must be more than this.” More than performance reviews, more than revenue targets, more than the next big deal. It’s not that those things lose their value; it’s that they’re no longer enough to define who we are.

This blog is for leaders who are quietly asking those questions. For executives who feel the tension between outward success and inner longing. For high-achievers who want to honor everything they’ve built while awakening to something deeper: presence, purpose, and peace.

I call it the awakening within leadership—the moment when we begin to lead not just with strategy and skill, but with soul. And I want you to know: if you’re in that place, you’re not alone.

The rising.
